General Consignor Guidelines
Helpful Guidelines to Get You Started

 

  • We want to provide the best shopping experience for our shoppers and sell a high number of items for our consignors.  Please bring your best items to consign.  We reserve the right to pull unacceptable items from the sales floor during drop-off or at any time during the sale.
     

  • If you have any questions, email us at info@theconsignmentconnection.com.
     

  • All consignors are required to leave a tote after drop-off so that we can sort your items for pickup.  If you bring a large quantity of items to sell, you will need to leave enough totes with us to hold all your items for pickup.  Be sure your consignor number is clearly marked on your tote(s).
     

  • The consignor is responsible for ensuring their items are not on the Consumer Product Safety Commission recall list, which can be found at the following link – www.cpsc.gov/recalls.
     

  • Items should be clean, gently used, and in great condition.  All items must be in working condition, with all parts and pieces, including working batteries.
     

  • We cannot sell items that do not have tags.  Ensure your tags are secured properly.
     

  • To help the drop-off process go smoothly and quickly, separating and sizing your items into the different categories before dropping off will greatly reduce your wait time at drop-off.
     

  • Allow enough time at drop-off to put your items on the sales floor after they have been checked in.
     

  • If you are requesting a check for your commission payment, bring a self-addressed, stamped envelope with you to hand in at drop-off.

Consignment Forms

 

We have provided links to the forms that you will need to sign and return in order to participate in our sales event.  For a faster drop-off, we suggest printing the forms and scanning and emailing them back to us before you drop your items off at the sale.  All forms may be emailed to info@theconsignmentconnection.com.  In the event you are not able to email them to us, we will have forms available at the time of drop-off for you to sign.  The form descriptions below will help you decide which forms you will need to submit in order to participate.

1. Each consignor will need to initial each numbered item on the agreement and sign the bottom of the agreement in order to participate in any sales events.

2. Consignors that would like to use our tagging service to tag your items for the upcoming sale will need to submit this agreement to use the service.

3. Consignors that are selling a car seat will need to submit a car seat waiver.

4. Consignors that are selling a crib will need to submit a crib waiver.
