Spouses and significant other can help work during setup and tear-down, and their hours can be counted in the total work hours for benefits. Do you want early shopping benefits, even if you’re not a consignor?

See the list of items below that we need for our workers during sale week. All donations (except meals) and loaned tables must be brought to the sale location during our setup days. Contact Pam Martin (615-542-1669) by phone or text to arrange a drop-off time.

Donation and Barter Benefits

Donation Benefits:
Shop at 4:30 p.m. on presale night
Shop at 5:00 p.m. on half-price presale night

Meals for workers. Examples: Burgers, large sub sandwiches, pizza, BBQ family pack, etc. (Make arrangements with Pam Martin beforehand.)
$25 gift card for snacks for workers. (Can send payment through PayPal or Venmo beforehand.)
40 count pack of bottled water + 18 count box of variety of chips

Barter Benefits for early shopping presale times:
Shop at 5:00 p.m. on presale night
Shop at 5:30 p.m. on half-price presale night

Tables. We can always use extra 6-foot tables.
Distribute Flyers. Distribute flyers around the community to local businesses, including day cares, doctors' offices, libraries, dance and karate studios, scout meetings, ball games, churches, etc. (These need to be distributed 3 to 4 weeks before the start of the sale.)
Yard Signs. Do you live on a busy main road? We would love to put a yard sign in your yard a month prior to the sale.
